Shipping policy

DELIVERY TERMS

  • The buyer can receive the ordered product via delivery. The buyer provides delivery information – delivery address, including the LV postal code.
    Payment for products is made using credit cards VISA, Mastercard, Amex, or via ApplePay or GPay.
  • After placing the order, a confirmation report is sent to the specified email address.
  • After the invoice is paid and the funds are received in the company's account, the company will ship the product to the delivery address specified at the time of payment within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders are processed on business days from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Product Receipt and Estimated Delivery Time

  • SIA Julija Zandersone Impact will deliver the product FREE OF CHARGE throughout the territory of Latvia via Latvijas Pasts.
  • If the delivery address is outside the territory of Latvia, an additional delivery cost of EUR 17.00 applies.
  • Approximate time frame for receiving goods after invoice payment:
    • Within Latvia – 2 to 5 business days;
    • Within the EU – 5 to 10 business days;
    • Outside the EU – 2 to 4 weeks.
