PRODUCT RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• Every buyer has the right to withdraw from purchased goods within 14 days after receiving the order by sending them by mail to the address indicated below. The goods must be unused and undamaged, and the shipment must include a printed order confirmation. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  
  
• SIA Julija Zandersone Impact will refund the received payment to the payer's account within 10 calendar days from the day the returned goods are received, but in some cases, the refund may take up to 14 days.
